THE ATRIUM
The ground floor: SparkHouse's central gathering space. By day, a cafe and long tables for working and connecting. By evening, the room turns. The bar gets going, records come off the wall, DJs spin from the mezzanine. Built with taste and function in mind. California tile, walnut, open to the floor above. A space that fuels what music makers come here to create.

THE MEZZANINE
The second floor. A working living room for the in-between hours: meetings, listening sessions, conversations that need a step back from the room below. Creative booths for focused sessions or quiet calls. Deskspace along the balcony, overlooking the Atrium, for headphones-in work that still keeps you in the mix. And a photo booth for documenting the connections that develop into collaborations. Built for the way creatives work together.

THE STUDIOS
The top floor. Multiple studios, tracking rooms with vocal booths, writing rooms, project studios. The rest of the floor is a fully wired performance and listening space. Sessions running side by side, all hours, all levels. The kind of floor where you might end up in a session you didn't plan, with people you didn't know you needed to meet. Engineered in partnership with Sunset Audio Solutions, NCA, and STUDIO UNLTD.
Inside the historic United Artists Building, 929 South Broadway, DTLA.
Available for select event rentals before SparkHouse opens to members.
